We do not guarantee specific outcomes from mentor sessions or job placement assistance. While we strive to connect you with qualified mentors, the quality and effectiveness of sessions may vary based on individual circumstances and effort.

Corporate and Enterprise Services

Corporate clients may access additional features including team management, progress tracking, and custom content. Corporate agreements may include separate terms and service level agreements that supplement these general terms.

Enterprise clients receive dedicated support and may have custom pricing arrangements. All corporate services are subject to separate agreements that take precedence over these general terms where applicable.

Certificates and Credentials

Upon successful completion of courses or learning paths, you may receive certificates of completion. These certificates represent your achievement within our platform but do not constitute professional certifications or academic credentials from accredited institutions.

We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we discover violations of our terms, academic dishonesty, or other misconduct. Certificate verification is available through our platform for employers and other interested parties.

Platform Availability and Technical Support

We strive to maintain high platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect access to our services.

Technical support is provided to active subscribers through our designated channels. Response times may vary based on your subscription level and the complexity of your inquiry. We do not provide support for third-party software or general technical issues unrelated to our platform.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees, but we may offer prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakura Dev Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sakura Dev Path, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these terms. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process in your account settings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination or affect any rights that should survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms
